1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ART OWNERSHIP

All original artwork, graphics, shirt designs, images, text, and website content displayed on this website are the sole intellectual property of [jessesbeans/Jesse Lee Jordan] and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. 

Your purchase of a physical product (such as a printed apparel item) grants you a personal-use license to wear and display the physical item. Purchase does NOT transfer any copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licenses to the artwork. You are strictly prohibited from:

- Scanning, copying, digitalizing, or replicating the shirt graphics.

- Modifying, creating derivative works from, or tracing the designs.

- Uploading the artwork or product images to any print-on-demand marketplaces, stock websites, or third-party retail platforms.

- Reselling or distributing the designs commercially in digital or physical formats.

2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING LIABILITIES

Our products are custom-made to order and fulfilled by a third-party manufacturing partner (Printful). Because items are manufactured on demand, production times and shipping times may vary. We are not liable for shipping carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or production backlogs outside of our reasonable control.

3. STRICT RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY (NO BUYER'S REMORSE)

Because every single product is custom-printed to order upon receipt of a purchase, we enforce a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE policy for buyer's remorse or for ordering an incorrect size. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page; it is the customer's responsibility to review these charts before purchasing.

4. EXCEPTIONS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive physically defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit. 

- Notice Required: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date the product was delivered. 

- Process: To report a defective item, you must email [Insert Your Email Address] with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. 

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
